The Ask Arovi, Start A Project, Quick Match, and selected-product tools use local browser storage to preserve drafts, results, selections, or limited submission receipts on your device. An inquiry is transmitted to Arovi only where its form clearly shows an online Send action.

3. How information reaches Arovi

Ask Arovi is sent securely to Arovi's private submission storage when you choose Send Inquiry. Selected Product Inquiry is sent securely to the same private submission storage when you choose Send Inquiry. Start A Project is sent securely to the same private submission service when you choose Send Project Brief. An optional reference file attached to an enabled online form is stored privately with its inquiry.

4. Why we use personal information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand product requirements, prepare project discussions, provide requested support, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
